Closely monitor the site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report to QA/QC Manager.Closely monitor concrete pour and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.Inspect and observe that the construction activities are being carried out as per approved method statements.Ensure that the quality of materials is as per the clients requirements.Inspection the layout of foundation prior for excavating & cutting of exiting pavement.Witness & inspection of compaction test prior for installation of rebar’s & lean concrete of sump fit.Monitor and control the site activities regarding quality control.Follow up the inspections and test request (ITR) which are submitted for consultant’s approval.Receive all the inspections test request (ITR) from the consultant and review the comments mentioned.Review all test results issued by the independent testing laboratory.Co-ordinate with site engineers to trace out problems that arise and recommend the rectification of such.Conduct regular meeting with QC Inspectors to make aware of corrective and preventive action which have to be implemented according to the client instructions.Attending the daily meetings with QA/QC Manager to resolve the site issued.To manage the project.To supervise and manage the civil works like raft foundation, super structure with column &complete finishing with marbles & tiles efficiently and to ensure a high standard of workmanship and site organization.To co-ordinate with government bodies.To monitor and control main contractors/suppliers to ensure works are carried out within the stipulated time.To involve in construction of school buildings, dwelling house & shopping complex.
