Maintaining MIS reports. Maintaining record of required warehouse material for order processing. Daily count of SKUs -80 out oftotal 550 different SKUs. Ensuring order dispatch with 100% success and return process of inventory with zero defects. Managing and controlling transportation vehicles as per the requirements. Coordinating with differentvendors to manage the need of vehicles. Daily 15-20 long haul and around 20 local movement vehicles. Coordinating with a team of 50 people of external vendors for repair and conditioning of Pallets andAutomotive equipment based on order requirements and buffer stock required. Maintaining inventory arrangement in warehouse as per location map, inventory type and receipt date.Ensure FIFO is followed for each SKU. We have insure the outward and inward process and SOP, We have do the cycle count every Saturday,
