It helps institutions in managing their sales, services and contact management processes. The code for Interact is taken from the repository tool SVN. Build and deployment team performs builds on this code using build tool MAVEN and deploys the artifacts on the HP-UNIX serve dedicated to different releases. On successful deployment and handshake testing, the deployment team certifies the environment to stakeholders so that they can resume their testing and test their changes. Responsibilities: Build of DEV and BBA codes using MAVEN and preprocess them for the requested pipeline and deployment of artifacts on the servers and testing of application. In case of build failures, following up with development team to get the issue resolved.Batch monitoring and processing includes monitoring of Blade logic jobs, working on job failures , following up with Web sphere team in case of any issues in the batch/jobs.Environment set up for new pipelines/releases and end to end testing for proper functioning of the application.Incident and problem management includes raising tickets in case of batch delays/issues and tracking the incident until the issue is temporarily or permanently fixed.
