I have a BA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Bangalore University, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and market research. I have used these skills to advance my career in various domains, such as telecom, retail, channel partner, space selling, DSA, B2B, B2C, fintech, auto, and taxi transport, for over 16 years.Most recently, I was a cluster head at Vaco Binary Semantics LLP, leading the on-site Google Pay team for three regions. I managed channel partners, retail outlets, and transport services, increasing Google Pay's offline wallet presence and usage. We acquired and retained more customers, and enhanced their experience and satisfaction, by delivering quality service and support. I leveraged my expertise in channel partnerships and team leadership to work with diverse stakeholders and achieve results. I am passionate about creating value and impact for businesses and customers in the digital payment space.
