This helps RR Germany to cater to its high profile customers flying business jets, with replacement engines during their engine maintenance. The challenge is to have appropriate and adequate distribution of engines along different RR engine families across the globe, enabling uninterrupted operations, while minimising total number of replacement engines, logistics costs and lead times in operations.Earlier, I lead RR Data Labs product team, in developing a SaaS product that enables leadership in airlines to take data-driven decisions.Previously, at Airbus as Innovation manager, where I led Global Strategies, Digital Transformations, and delivered Products that improved the aircraft design and operations, such as:- Delivered Global Innovation Strategy for Airbus Flight Physics CoC in 2021-2022.- Developed Sustainability strategy for Airbus Engineering in 2021.- Designed and developed aircraft stability computation Products for A330 & A350 Final Assembly Line, leading to a 15% reduction in aircraft assembly lead time.- Conceptualized and designed aircraft operational loadability computation Product, with a potential to improve airline profitability by 3% and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 5%.- By performing data analysis on flight data, defended Airbus in front of an airline and proved A350 performance, eventually paving way for $1.5B sales.
