 Interacting with client to understand their requirement. Developing Test Scenarios and Scripts. Handling review calls for prepared test cases with clients, BA and developers to have discussion on functional clarification. Execution of Test scripts and defect management through JIRA. Handling the defect calls and update the status for the raised defects also coordinated with onshore team on issues. Providing walkthrough on the test results for the stake holders & getting sign off.

Transaction Surveillance Unit (Anti Money Laundering) ➢ Handling a team of 20 members, Assigning cases to the team members and driving them for the productivity & quality review➢ Interacting with the client for any clarifications / process updates➢ Sharing daily dash board to client on volumes received and volumes processed & actual number of FTE deployed➢ Analyzing the transactions to find the unusual patterns and red flags➢ Performing Enhanced Due Diligence/Case Review on the transactions that are triggered➢ Researching the Main Entity and the Counter parties’ profile and their relationships➢ Performing watch-list searches for the entities involved in the transactions to identify adverse information➢ Initiating RFI’s (Request for Information) for the entities which are not identified in the Public Domain➢ Decision Making on the basis of investigation performed whether to Clear and Close the Case or to Escalate to US Compliance➢ Performing quality check for the cases processed by the associates➢ Providing guidance to the team members to take up decision on the cases reviewed

Transaction Services (Credit Cards Operations)➢ Reconciliation of number of Canadian Cards that are printed and dispatched.➢ Analyzing the cost reduction and time saving on the projects performed within the unit.➢ Performing Quality check to Payment Processing Team.➢ Performing UAT testing of Mainframe Applications & Web Applications.➢ Training new hires about the client, company and the process.➢ Monitoring individuals when process is performed and feedbacks provided.➢ Quality checking of the live file process for the members and status reporting.➢ Preparing the Management Information System everyday and consolidating monthly &sharing with Client.
