I have knowledge Electronic manufacturing, Quality Management ,Product development ,Adapter manufacturing , Camera manufacturing, FPC (Flexible Printed circuit) , Vibrator Motor, Mobile manufacturing , Supplier Quality Management, IQC, Material reliability ,Failure analysis Root cause analysis(Fish bone method) Risk assessments, Product Validation, PFMEA, Vendor development ,Test validation, Supplier Audit in terms of QSA, QPA, QCP, EMS Audit etc.Also knowledge of Poka-Yoka, 5's, Kaizen continuous improvement in terms of cost saving, Efficiency improvement, Quality improvement etc,Key Functions:Leads problem solving (CAPA process) for internal, supplier quality, and external (RMA) issues. Using information gained from process monitoring, failure analysis, warranty, NCMRs, customer complaints, capability studies and continuous improvement projects, driving out product and process non-conformance .Conducts Internal and supplier audits to ensure that the site Quality Management System produces quality product.Successfully analyzing rework & Minimize bottlenecks, rejection for achieve high productivity by enhancing quality & process. Carrying out system implementation & continuous process improvement. 1. Identification and closure of problems in the trial production of new projects on the Indian supplier side; 2. Certification and introduction of materials (new materials, new structures, and new processes); 3. Analysis and improvement of OPPO production lines and market feedback problems; 4. Supplier-side process problem points to promote improvement and quality control; 5. Supplier process yield improvement and online defect rate reduction; 6. Relevant technical documents normalization, process safety regulations, online, environmental testing, etc. require supply Business landing and verification; Improve supplier quality control capabilities (automation promotion, management team improvement, system establishment, etc.)
