1) Working as Quality Incharge of machining section. 2) Responsibility of Inprocess Section, Final Inspection, PDI section, Incoming Section.3) Responsibilty of Quality Managment System to handle documentation.4) Responsibilty of handle differnet types of Audits.5) Responsibility to repersent CMS & AP of quality in ORM meeting.6) To deploy the different tool like 7QC, Poka yoke to control the rejection percentage and to maintain low PPM.7) Part of the Product Development Team.8) To work with advance softwere like SAP & ERP.9) To prepare operational report for managments analysis.10) To give the Classroom and OJT training to workers and Quality team to acheive given order targets.11) Responsibilty of a 5s and safty team to make working area discipline and safe for work.12) To handle the customer complain and find out root cause to give CAPA & 8D13) Prepare and Implement the MSA,SPC,Layout Inspection report to achive the given order of quality and smooth functioning14) Prepare and Implement the OPL & Work Instruction to reduce the PPM

1) Responsibility to make Layout inspection, MSA, SPC, 7QC,CAPA, PDI, MTC,Opl & 8D report.2) Responsibility of Superivision of inprocess and Final Quality.3) Responsibility of NC part handaling.4) Responsibility of Rejection Analysis. and morning Rejection Meeting.5) Responsibility to handal Product and Process Audit.6) Also are the part of NPD Dept.7) Responsibility to do Layout Inspection.8) Responsibilty to enter rejection with SAP softwere.9) Responsibility to find out RCA and to take follow up to close NC.10) Conduct training to Quality Inspectors and operators to awere about Quality and other parameters.11) Have to handle customer complaints.
