CurrentWorking as a Structural Engineer• Inspecting the daily site activities daily inspections (WIR) of Steel reinforcement for P.T. Slabs, Mass raft, RC Columns, slabs, Utility tunnel, VIP tunnel, and Gyratory tunnel raft, walls and top slab.• Ensuring Contractor Compliance to Schedule Q/Project Quality requirements.• Improving the Quality process and procedures in the project based on Lessons Learnt• Ensuring Quality Deliverables of the project• Chair Weekly Quality Meetings with Client and Contractor• Planning & conducting various General meetings in order to achieve company goals and maintain quality deliverables.• Liaison with the stakeholders for Interface Quality Issues.• Liaising with the Top Management for the Quality Input• Review ITP, Method Statement.• Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and safety and health risk assessments.• Issue & Closure of NCR/SOR for all deficiencies of works at site and maintain log.• Liaison with multi-disciplinary heads for QA/QC Advise for Continual Improvement• Co-ordinate with Construction team for supporting corrective action required for the non-conformances and technical team for assessment of non-conformances.• Reviews the test results of Concrete crushing cylinders.• Inspections carried out for MIR for all construction materials.• Maintaining of documents such as Work Inspection requests, non-conformances, Test reports, progress reports.• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress reports.• Assisting “Resident Engineer” for all the works.
