CurrentMy Responsibilities:• Dealing with the direct client requirements.• Good exposure in dealing issues with hiring manager and the person in contingent workforce management team.• Good experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook.• Have great experience in using ATS systems• Expert in dealing the bench candidates following up with the different vendors regarding interview’s andtheir feedbacks.• Good experience in maintaining both recruitment and bench at a time.• Maintaining quality distribution list and sharing them the requirements for C2C requirements• Experience in updating the resume with a standard format before we submit to the client.• Guiding the team how to find the genuine candidates in the process of pre-screening.• Experience in using applications like: Ring central, SAP Field glass• Proficient in sourcing the consultants by the tools like: Monster, Dice, etc
