- Closely monitoring of process parameters and critical operations.
- Planning the production schedule based on the monthly forecast.
- Documentation proficient in SAB and other safety related documents like EIA & HIRA and process thinking and risk assessment identification.
- Maintain good Industrial Relations and motivate the team.
- Track and report metrics in their functional area to include labor hour consumption, work order completion, inventory accuracy, throughput, capacity, and customer complaints.
