Current• Process handling as per BMDS without deviation.• Closely monitoring of process parameters and critical operations.• Planning the production schedule based on the monthly forecast.• Documentation proficient in SAB and other safety related documents like EIA & HIRA and process thinking and risk assessment identification.• Maintain good Industrial Relations and motivate the team.• Track and report metrics in their functional area to include labor hour consumption, work order completion, inventory accuracy, throughput, capacity, and customer complaints.• Setting expectation & establish team goals for the Production team that meet or exceed established quality standards.• Driving lean culture in line by encouraging and motivating the teams to generate and implement the Kaizen ideas to make improvement across the site deliverables.• Driving productivity with production team and support team to implement the same.• Developing and creating training plans to maximize workforce capability• Driving and leading Lean action workout and horizontal deployment of actions across the lines.• Driving layout changes to optimize space and improve the flow.• Coaching & guiding the junior Engineer.• Ensure the production is resourced properly and ensure timely hire for replacements.
