I am responsible for the manufacturing, trial assembly, testing, and performance guarantee check of static and rotary systems for various EPC projects. I also supervise and coordinate a 50-member team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects for domestic and international clients, demonstrating my skills in project coordination, operations management, and supervisory skills.
