Worked as A Joint General Manager in Kolkata circle of Loop Telecom and Involved in Network Planning, implementation, Managing the circle network operation comprising of day to day maintenance, maintaining network KPI, Regulatory compliance (MNP testing, LI testing, EMF testing, Monthly – quarterly - annual reporting to TERM cell, DOT, LEA, local bodies, Seeking NOC from local wireless planning council), Application and clearance of SACFA for GSM and MW Eqpts, TSTP testing of circle network, customer acquisition, Network administration, team management, liasioning with internal and external agencies towards my prime responsibility.

Worked as Circle O&M lead in Assam circle of Vodafone and Involved in Operation and maintenance of cell site, Access microwave nodes of Nokia and Ceragon backbone nodes and various passive infrastructure equipments deployed to the cell sites. This includes starting HOTO from project team to monitoring and maintaining the network uptime, various KPIs as per Vodafone guidelines.

Worked as Circle Project lead in Orissa circle of Reliance Telecom and was into implementation of passive equipments, radio network, MW access and Backbone NEs, STM-1, STM-4, Fiberisation, Provisioning E1 for connecting BTS and BSC to their respective core equipments, Testing and handover of E1, forecasting E1 requirement from various POP location of Reliance infocom, arrange for provisioning, test and takeover of Media towards my prime responsibility. Swapping of Motorola by ZTE and Huwei equipments was a part of my responsibility.

Worked as Cluster Manager for IDEA cellular and was looking after entire activities pertaining to the Cluster operations comprising of Nasik and Thane district of Maharashtra circle. The responsibility include extending support to the project team in site construction activities starting from the site acquisition till the RFS, Operation and maintenance of cell sites including passive utility equipments, access and Backbone transmission equipments and BSS equipments deployed to various cell sites, monitoring and maintaining the network KPIs as per IDEA benchmark, enhancing no of POIs in the area towards my prime responsibility.

Worked as an Asst Executive Engineer with ITI Limited and worked in GSM project deployment and operations of various circles of BSNL including pilot project of Calcutta telephone and west zone projects comprising of Maharashtra and Gujarat circles bagged by ITI. The responsibility include Installation and commissioning of Utility equipments, BTS, BSC of Lucent make (BCF-2000, STF-2000, Flexent BTS later it became Alcatel Lucent), RF, Operation and maintenance of these equipment, monitoring and maintaining the network KPIs as per BSNL benchmark towards my prime responsibility.

Worked as an I&C Engineer with Nutek India and Involved into Installation and commissioning of E10B switches in various telephone exchanges of DOT (currently known as BSNL). Installation of Switch bay, extending and terminating E1s, integrating with switch to existing system, Loop testing of media, Offer for acceptance test was my prime responsibilities
