CurrentTL Responsibilities:• 2024 - Global Technical Leader with ownership covering all regions.• Additional responsibilities – Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) leader for the Global Performance Solutions team since 2023.• Providing Technical Leadership & Performance Engineering ownership to the Performance Analytics team for the Requisition of Gas Power Performance Monitoring System (PMS) and GE Digital’ OPM PI projects.• Owning the Quality, Delivery & Cost metrics for the Requisition of GP PMS & GED OPM PI projects.• Owning Thermal Modelling (Heat Balance & Performance Modelling) methods for Combined Cycle & Coal Based Power plants to deliver Digital Performance Monitoring Solutions.• Owning execution process, Work Instructions, Standard work procedures.Impact:• Drove strong engagement resulting in +7 points improvement in Lean/CI themes in Glint survey.• Conducted LEAN Maturity Model evaluation in a Value stream and identified CI projects and moved the LEAN Maturity level to the next.• Enabled the application of LEAN principles and tools within the team by leading a Problem-Solving Report exercise to address a key KPI in RED and supported Process waste identification within the PMS process.• Championed Quality culture for the Global team by driving On time closures of NCRs, Quality Work Instructions & Design Practices upkeep, conducting of Internal Quality Audits for ISO 9001:2015 compliance and on time closure of Audit findings.• Demonstrated Operations rigor by disciplined Daily management practices to drive the project requisition metrics on track to target.• Led the major revamp of Architecture Design, Development & Integration of Performance Monitoring System (PMS) & its User interface on to Cimplicity Controls/HMI platform thereby creating an unified Controls Platform Architecture for the customer.Awards:• Winner of the 2024 Gas Power Engineering Vice President’ award for Quality• Won 3 Leadership Behaviour awards
