Nsw Support Engineer
CurrentMoved to a new role in Interactive Pty Ltd as NSW Support Engineer. Providing level 2 escalation support services to our customers and supporting, training our level 1 customer field engineers involving SPARC, RISC, Intel systems from IBM, HP, SUN, DELL. As well as supporting storage solutions from IBM, HP, SUN, DELL, EMC, Netapp and Pure storage. This role includes in-house trainings and workshops to up-skill our field engineers to ready them for any complex systems, customer support situation resolutions.
