Responsible for creating Enterprise 5G solution using VMware echo system.

Responsible to design 4G/5G solutions, and leading NRT(Non-Regression Testing) test team for NAR tier-1 operator.

Currently engaged with Alcatel-Lucent projects. Shifted a huge wireless lab of ~1200 Racks with various technologies (GSM/WCDMA/LTE and CDMA) to HCL premises. This is achieved with continuous planning and shifting equipment in phased manner to have less down time and minimal impact to project delivery. I am a lead and network architect for this lab.  End to end project responsibility for new telecom products in R&D lab, Budgeting/planning, Design, implementation and documentation for the products in R&D phase. About 200+ routers and switches are part of this R&D Lab Setup WAN connectivity to connect with various customer locations etc. Setup and maintain WCDMA/CDMA and LTE core network. Prepare network for various customer POC (Proof of Concept). Call flow troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting etc.

As a technical lead for the team which built the biggest wireless R&D test lab from scratch in India. Comprising CDMA/EVDO and WCDMA network. Dual 3G PS-core, Dual CS-cores, multiple CDMA MSCs, more than 100 RNCs for CDMA/WCDMA networks and more than 300 Base stations, Dual PDSNs and many routers and switches from CISCO, ALU and Juniper.  Helping ALU University on training customers in the areas of Core network, IP design and IP Network.  I lead the team to setup EVDO network for Indian Government. Setup POC(proof of concept) network and demonstrate in lab for critical projects for customers like RELIANCE, Defence projects, Bharti, etc. Provide solution for complex lab requirement and implement the lab modification to meet the release deliverable s. Closely work with management for R&D budgeting, release planning, product evolution and implement planning. Support projects (like EVDO RNC migration to ATCA platform and new feature developments.) My main role is to design and configure robust IP network. Documenting all the process followed while executing the R&D lab projects. Understanding of 3GPP/3GPP2 wireless standards/evolution and translating this into lab engineering.

We formed a new group called GPSDC (Global product service delivery center) at Bangalore. This group was responsible for supporting all types of product services globally.I was responsible for few projects Cell Swing, Cell Network optimization, LSL to HSL-SS7 conversion & EvDO Bulk Provisioning for Verizon and Sprint. This group was a huge success, within 2 year this group had overall strength of 250 employees.

Being part of Deployment team called LWS (Lucent World-wide services) India. This group was accountable for deployment and after sale support. we delivered CDMA network for clients like RCOM, Tata Teleservices, HFCL, Shyam Telelink and Indian Govt. Some of the major project, I have supported are: CDMA Growth for Shyam Telelink-Jaipur in 2002. Deployment of MSC for Tata tele at New-Delhi – 2003. Deployment of MSCs for RCOM at Ambala, Jaipur-I,II &III, Lucknow and Kharagpur in 2003-4 Relocation of MSCs for RCOM. CDMA network Growth project for Tata tele for AP in 2005. Tech. Lead for CDMA pilot project for Indian Govt..

Member of wire-line access network deployment team. Our clients were Shyam Telelink and Tata teleservices. Configuring & provisioning landline access equipment - AN2000 (DLC), testing of the functionality of Network Elements and performing customer acceptance tests in order to get the network element have accepted by customer. Supporting the Customers on AN2000 (DLC). It involved In-house troubleshooting & coordinating with the UTStarcom worldwide support Team & solving the customer issues.

Worked on Landline network deployment for Hughes Tele, Maharashtra (Now TTML). My primary responsibilities were installation, integration and testing of 5ESS Switches. I also worked on Transmission equipment and Wireline Access equipment. Successfully built backbone network from Pune to Aurangabad for Hughes Tele.

Worked for TCS via CSP to deploy Banking software for BOB and OBC banks. C, Oracle 7.3, UNIX (AIX, HP-UX, SCO) being used for bank computerization.
