Led HPE's Digital Transformation project for NextGen IT, which included setting up big data infrastructure, migrating to an Enterprise Analytics Platform, developing a BI interface, and establishing a Machine Learning and Data Science platform.Managed best-in-class architecture setup for faster data ingestion, optimized single and multifact tables, added security layers, and created private spaces for data management and transformation. Implemented business mapping at consumption layers to reduce data redundancies, enabling access to multiple BI tools (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI) using the same consumption layers.Migrated services data to the EAP (Big Data Platform) and established golden reports on Qlik Sense for Pointnext users.

As an Analytics Manager for HPE's Enterprise Group, led the Analytics function with a focus on driving actionable insights and deep analytics to support enterprise-wide growth and transformation initiatives across various businesses and functions. Incubated and built analytics teams and capabilities across Supply Chain, Sales, and Channel in HPE, working with a team of business analysts and technical developers to implement innovative solutions that enabled data-driven decision making.

Directed the work efforts of a 54-member team based in Bangalore and Chennai, consisting of managers, business analysts, statistics experts, and technical developers. The team was responsible for driving business analysis for Sales Performance, Supply Chain Reporting, Technology Services, and others. I was also responsible for reporting and analytics services across four business stages of Planning, Enablement, Pursuit & Post Sales through a Shared Services CoE model. Additionally, I led the Analytics practice, partnering with senior executives globally to drive data-driven strategic and operational insights that enable faster and informed business/investment decisions.

Was recruited to spearhead the APJ Channel Sales Data Management and Business Engagement team, supporting all HP Business Units.
