Responsible for leading a team of recruiting program managers to accelerate Analytics recruiting at a world wide level. This includes Sales, Development, and University programs. • Partner with the Business HR Leaders and Managers to execute high quality hiring standards and practices world wide• Lead, coach and develop a high performing, highly engaged Talent Acquisition team • Rigorously measure talent acquisition effectiveness and execute continuous improvement• Work with the broader Global Talent Management and HR teams to rapidly evolve the IBM Talent Strategy; the philosophy, strategy and operations that enable execution of hiring plans across the company• Understand business/functional strategies and effectively use those strategies to develop and deploy long-term and short-term best in class recruiting strategies to support a high-performance, global and diverse culture • Consult and influence business leaders on recruitment practices, external talent planning, and the competitive landscape. • Develop innovative and sustainable sourcing and placement strategies across a variety of challenging & competitive roles• Rigorously measure talent acquisition effectiveness and execute continuous improvement
