As a Technical QA lead, Am responsible for testing the network release enhancements of Discover Network Gateway application. Apart from the network release, I was involved for testing a robust transaction processing platform for the discover network. Analyzing business & functional requirements planned & Involvement in the usecase creation and conducting internal test case walk through sessions with business partners. Creating the test plans, test bed for execution and Maintaining Quality Center with UAT/Regression test sets .Facilitating early detection of defects and errors and correct them making sure that the quality of work product delivered is as per customer’s expectations. Creation of process & operational documents like risk issue log, dashboard, sign-off documents etc. as per the PCI, ISO & CMMI audit compliance check list.As a Certification/Compliance Analyst, I am responsible for Certifying Merchants/Acquirers/Issuers to enable Magnetic Stripe transactions across the Discover Network , Maintaining the Certification environment, establishing the connectivity with Member Banks and Credit Unions, validating and testing the client configuration set up for new and existing clients , Certifying them for each network release by capturing and verifying the ISO 8583 messages flow to ensure transaction flows correctly as per compliance rules.Involved in the Bi-Annual Releases and Off-Cycle Testing of certification environment with focus on areas of testing in Authorization. Worked with major clients like UP/JCB/PULSE/VISA/DCI in supporting the Discover Network from both an operational and technical perspective.
