Workshop Manager
Current• Direct monitoring of Workshop efficiency parameters, assisting in developing and monitoring on a monthly basis schedule of work, the associated budget for the areas of responsibility, and monitoring performance against this. Initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure workshop operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters.• Ensures high-quality service and repairs are provided to every customer and customer receives prompt response or status of repairs. Maintains a clean, professional environment.• Achieving business plans in all areas of influence such as General Repair, Express Maintenance, and Quick Lube. Providing high-quality, up-to-date documentation for all service arrangements. Make sure that all account and Contract details are up to date.• Leading, Training & Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in Service operations and meeting of individual & group targets.• Ensuring that the company’s health safety policies are followed, all tools equipment is kept in good order, and the housekeeping standard is maintained so as to preserve a good, safe, and healthy working environment.
