Current• Preparation and Presentation of monthly store profitability statement for four brands i.e. Popeye’s, Hong’s Kitchen, Dunkin and Ekdum for management review and analysis.• Preparation of various Expense schedules (Actual + accruals) on monthly basis and scrutiny of general ledgers for correctness of cost bookings in respective cost centers. • Provides meaningful, concise and clear performance analysis, including variance analysis (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc.).• Preparation of monthly Sub-Franchisee P&L for management review and analysis.• Sub Franchisee Payment Accounting, account reconciliation on quarterly basis and sending outstanding statement on fortnightly basis.• Prepares and publishes G&A Dashboard reports (Functional Expense reports) to various departments.• Preparation of SAP Vs MIS Reco, Department wise analysis and expenses analysis for management discussion and support in ad-hoc analysis as per the requirement of management.• Posting provision and other closing entries in SAP.• Preparation of cost center wise Expense payable actualization report (Provision tracker report) on monthly basis.• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet schedules of Capex advance, Security Deposit and Retention money payable with ageing on monthly basis• Help in conducting Quarterly and yearly audit and resolving the auditor’s queries and requirements.• Active participation in Finance transformation and automation.
