- Measure components using CMM/VMM.- Inspection using micro meters, vernier calliper, bore micrometers , comparator, shadow graphs surface finish check using surtronic , roundness check and plug gauges etc.- Writing First Article Reports on new components with Aerospace Standard AS9102.- Perform NDT Inspection of parts i.e. Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetrant Inspection and Acid Etch Inspection. NADCAP approved.- Raise process orders to sub contractors - Book jobs back in after treatments- Visit customer sites and help solve any issues they have regarding treatments or parts delivered.- Perform Internal Audit - Book incoming material and check mechanical and chemical properties.- Dispatch parts to customer (release AUTHORIZATION) - Keep record of all the job - Maintain quality procedure and review them on a monthly basis, amend any changes if required.- Part marking using vibro etching, ink marking etc- Administration Work using Microsoft office suit I, e. Word, Excel & Database, Power Point etc.
