I am currently responsible for leading Healthcare Operations for United Healthcare through its India entity Optum India. Key responsibilities include P&L leadership for Optum Global Operations vertical, driving Growth through higher global leverage across core capabilities (incremental and new growth), incubate additional global capabilities in white spaces or complex functions, unlock enterprise value through accelerated commercial models for global and business transformation through advanced capabilities. In my previous role with United Healthcare, Optum India, I was responsible for setting up and leading Re-engineering and Automation practice, and advanced capabilities with the aim of driving transformation across the enterprise, scaling growth of global capabilities by building new transition models (fix and ship), serve as a front-end consulting team for the enterprise (United Health Group) and a revenue function for the India geography. As part of the India leadership, I am also responsible for executing on talent transformation and leading and promoting Diversity and Inclusion at workplace.
