Examples of my achievements: - delivered complex finance transformation projects for global clients while at PwC over 10 years; worked with C-level boards on operating model design for Finance, performance management process improvement (reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting) and help them sequence changes to deliver efficiencies and post-mergers and acquisition integrations;- advisor to the management team of a fast-growing SAP technology services business, assisting them to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and supported improvements to their management reporting and governance processes, and automation to their back office functions.
