Manage overall delivery for Raymond James Enterprise Risk Management & Supplier Risk Management tracks. Managed requirements, schedules, timelines, scope along with working with the multiple business groups and stakeholders in planning the project life cycle. The contract involved creating custom package suiting the requirements of Raymond James and IATF. Additionally, I was responsible for managing the maintenance and support activities as per the defined SLA’s and transition of activities to production engineering team.

Responsibilities:1. Manage AMS Contract with scope of work on enhancements and maintenance of technically complex Alstom applications. Project involved managing Alstom applications for EAI area. Additionally I managed the transition of applications from TIBCO Corporation to IBM.2. Project involved development of TIBCO interface migration activities to IBM WMB. I managed the AIS contract with TCV of 4.3 Million USD. As a delivery manager, I was responsible for project planning, monitoring and on time delivery. I managed a team size of 24 including project managers from IBM U.S. The team members were located in U.S and India. Single point of contact to DuPont’s Partner for all delivery related discussions, issue management, risk management and project planning activities.3. Jones Lang LaSalle is a UK based Real Estate Organization mostly on commercial real estate services. I was primarily responsible for managing the AMS Contract of TCV 11.2 Million USD (3 years). I was performing varied roles on this account, which involved 18 months of landed SDM role in London, U.K. Managed transition of 100+ applications for Jones Lang La Salle EMEA. Applications were hosted and used across various regions of EMEA. Lead account steering committee meetings.

Managed product development for Advertising.com. This work was started as a pilot project in Bangalore with the intention of quickly building Prototypes & proof of concept applications. I was responsible for growing the team into a fully functional product development unit catering towards small to medium capacity Advertisers and Publishers with short ‘release to market’ timelines. Manage execution of various Web based Self Service Projects that includes BidPlace SB, Showflake and Leadback.
