I lead the Development and IP divisions of the Microsoft Cloud Practice at TrnDigital India. Pre-sales and project delivery are part of my portfolio. In this role, I get to interact with businesses not only from diverse domains and geographies but also at different organizational maturity stages. My role also enables me to stay in touch with cutting-edge technology and at the forefront of AI-enabled digital transformation.

I manage the Microsoft 365 and Azure delivery practice at TrnDigital that spans multiple clients and geographies. My purview includes presales, delivery, and DevOps.

I am currently working as a SharePoint and ReactJS developer for the University of Warwick. It involves a time critical project to be built using SPFx and React. I am involved in requirements development, low level design and implementation activities.

I was responsible for development and maintenance of the on premise SharePoint environment as well as development on the O365 platform. A central application hosted on SharePoint is used by the employees as an advanced records management system with integrations with multiple external systems. This application used SharePoint search and document management systems. I participated in planning meetings to determine the growth and eventual migration/decommissioning of the SharePoint application.

I was responsible for the technical aspects of a project delivered across the UK and ROI for every Boots store in the market. I participated in the requirements development and low level design of the project involving interactions with high level stakeholders. I coordinated with the development team and did some hands on development work as well. This project was created using High Trust provider hosted SharePoint add-ins and a SQL back-end.

I worked as a SharePoint Technical Lead for a team of 10 to deliver SharePoint based projects for a major telecommunications company. During this period, I was involved in overall environment setup, solution architecture, technical design, requirements gathering, client interactions, proof of concepts and, coordinating project delivery. I got opportunity to work on many technically challenging projects during my time with Centurylink including integrations with Salesforce, Tweeter, Yammer etc. Had the pleasure of working with a great team with an innovative mindset.

I am working with ITC Infotech India Ltd as a Lead Consultant in SharePoint and associated MS technologies. My work primarily involves providing consultancy to clients and teams working on various SharePoint projects. I handle multiple projects simultaneously and am also responsible for their delivery with assured quality. I also work on Proof Of Concepts and integration of SharePoint with new technologies and platforms. For example SharePoint and SalesForce integration, SharePoint and Android integration. I have great interest in Nintex Workflows which we use heavily in our projects. I take training sessions for team members on SharePoint and related technologies. I am also involved in preparing proposals for new projects, talent management inside the project accounts and technical reviews of other projects.

I worked as a technical lead and consultant at Cloudshuffle. It's an exciting place to work being an IT start-up. The first thing about start-ups is the uncertainty involved in everything from projects to customers, from requirements to timelines. The work was as challenging as it was enjoyable. There were loads of things to learn and not only from a technical point of view. During my brief period of involvement, I learnt how to develop for Android devices. A bit of Python and Django, REST services and integration of SharePoint and Android. I also learnt about the working models of other start-ups. I was directly involved in recruiting, billing and project management. In short this job had me working on everything related to Software Development and Delivery.
