Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures9. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security10. Prepare annual budget11. Responsible for division budgeting, including identifying activities that can streamline and save operational costs.12. Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development coaching13. Provide weekly and monthly reports on stock movement and distribution routes.14. Conduct regular evaluations of department's KPI & OKR achievements through reporting to management (Monthly & Quarterly).
