Worked with the team to set up the process for entry into the incubator. Worked with every start-up company on monthly reporting and on obtaining the necessary support to move to the next level. Coordinated the support teams to allow efficient use of time and materials. McMardon Gateway Property Manager (2006 – 2010)McMardon Gateway was owned by the owner of McIntosh Engineering. Responsible for managing two light commercial buildings. Responsible for building and ground maintenance and safety, tenant communication, leasing process, and tenant retention.

Primary client was McIntosh Engineering (mining engineering consulting company). Other clients included B.L. Harbert, RPR Wyatt, and Teksouth. Manager Plant Logistics (1993 – 1997)Supervised 22 employees (eight directly). Responsible for order processing, truck scheduling, warehousing, raw materials inventory, chemicals inventory, packaged inventory, production planning for the packaging plant, annual budgets, interface with Customer Service in Overland Park, Kansas. Plant produced 4,000 tons per day of various dry chemicals (Soda Ash, Boric Acid, Pyrobor, Deca Borax, Potash, Sodium Sulfate). Significant Accomplishments Department lead for the ISO 9000 implementation. Maintained a 98% on-time, as-ordered shipping record. Led a team in Overland Park to develop and implement the first production planning process. Maintained a perfect safety record in the warehouse for two years (no lost time or recordable accidents). Member of the international Soda Ash business team. Developed an internal process for ensuring quality throughout process, which was adopted by the plant quality team.
