I have been an application programmer and database coder for most of my adult life. At Ecteon, I co-wrote five large-scale applications and was solely responsible for the design and development of two; I have also maintained these applications over time. I did two database-driven web-based projects and have written a number of single-user desktop applications. At JCC Manhattan I was a database coder, writing stored procedures behind various Crystal Reports. I also did all the coding to prepare their existing iMIS data for import into a system called Personify.I come to programming from the arts and therefore have always had an interest in creating attractive and user-friendly applications. I've always worked in small teams or alone, doing a little bit of everything.
