Jack Brown Cleaners is a local family owned business with 36 locations in the Austin area and 6 locations in San Antonio. As a store manager, I am responsible for the daily operations. Customer service is a key component to how i manage my store. I have one employee.

I experienced many positions in the manufacturing area of Dell. I spent my last few years in the materials department maintaining the flow of inventory to a pick line. I was involved with special projects including the P2M (pick to monitor) application. This included new employee training of this system prior to the opening of the North Carolina plant. I was involved in the Safety Team to ensure safety on the manufacturing floor. I was involved in several Kaizen events during my employment.
