Worked with potential Physician Assistance Students to enroll in the highly competitive Army Physician Assistant Training Program. Moved to the State Family Program Director for the LAARNG. Responsible for the State Family Readiness Program to educate, train and support all unit and higher level family readiness groups and volunteers to be prepared for deployment. Provided deployment training and support to all deploying units. Established, hired, trained and maintained Family Assistance Centers throughout Louisiana during times of deployment.
