Implemented an effective penetration program to drive sales withing existing accounts. Increased sales by 177% to fortune 1000 clients including P&G, Pepsico, Hershey's and many of their marketing partners on POP kits going into Dollar General. Displays, packaging solutions and signage were some of the solutions that we offered.

Engaged by Corporate Express Print to work on site with Dollar General to increase sales and manage the inventory and distribution program for over 7000 stores. Worked with 7 distribution centers on the pressure sensitive labels, the marketing department on POP and seasonal sign kits, and the Store Services department on commercial print and new store kit design to provide a better execution at the store level.

Responsible for the management and day to day operations of the Nashville Office. Successfully increased division profitability by 110% over prior year while maintaining personal accounts. Developed direct mail programs, commercial print applications, labels and promotional products for new customers and clients.

Developed and maintained the top 3 clients in the division, Private Business, Financial Institution Services and Averitt Express. Helped to develop inventory management plans, direct mail programs, label applications and commercial print.
