About Susan Cain

With 25 plus years in hospitality and a background in operations, my passion is working with people. I am extremely customer focused, team-oriented, and believe that preparation is key. As a Task Force Manager and General Manager, I was able to adapt quickly to many situations, identify areas in need of improvement and make sustainable changes.
