    • Serve as a business partner, working closely with the business process owners for Ingredients, Formula and Packaging to ensure that the company’s Product Data Management System internally called Picasso effectively and efficiently supports the current business process and future business requirements both in the short term and the long term.• Led the business in the implementation of key functionalities required to support changing business requirements and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness on time, within budget and to quality standards. Responsibilities include (a) ensuring that business requirements are captured correctly and completely, (b) work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects in developing and testing solutions to meet business requirements using Agile methodology and (c) ensuring business readiness through end user communication and training.• Led the conceptualization, resourcing and delivery of the solution to automate and centralize the request and upload of compliance documents to Picasso using Robotic Process Automation. Four processes were automated in 6 months using Bots, which delivered work equivalent to 1/4 of a Full Time Employee within the 1st 6 months of implementation in 2021. In 2022, a 5th process was automated in just 2 weeks. Plans are in place to expand the use of the solution for the balance of 2022.• Led the development and deployment to pilot Operating Units of the Quality by Design (QbD) tool to enable the risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes for new products. • Led a project to identify ways to optimize CCNA R&D’s current process for creating Ingredient and Formula Specs in Picasso using ARIS process modelling and simulation, which reduced throughput time by 58%.
