• Serve as a business partner, working closely with the business process owners for Ingredients, Formula and Packaging to ensure that the company’s Product Data Management System internally called Picasso effectively and efficiently supports the current business process and future business requirements both in the short term and the long term.• Led the business in the implementation of key functionalities required to support changing business requirements and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness on time, within budget and to quality standards. Responsibilities include (a) ensuring that business requirements are captured correctly and completely, (b) work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects in developing and testing solutions to meet business requirements using Agile methodology and (c) ensuring business readiness through end user communication and training.• Led the conceptualization, resourcing and delivery of the solution to automate and centralize the request and upload of compliance documents to Picasso using Robotic Process Automation. Four processes were automated in 6 months using Bots, which delivered work equivalent to 1/4 of a Full Time Employee within the 1st 6 months of implementation in 2021. In 2022, a 5th process was automated in just 2 weeks. Plans are in place to expand the use of the solution for the balance of 2022.• Led the development and deployment to pilot Operating Units of the Quality by Design (QbD) tool to enable the risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes for new products. • Led a project to identify ways to optimize CCNA R&D’s current process for creating Ingredient and Formula Specs in Picasso using ARIS process modelling and simulation, which reduced throughput time by 58%.

Responsible for the development and implementation of (a) governance policies and procedures to ensure complete and accurate data for Packaging and Bottler Ingredients managed in PICASSO (PLM for Process) and (b) tools to transform data into information that can be used to accelerate business decisions and actions. This role requires the capability to set strategic directions for PICASSO Packaging and Bottler Ingredients and to closely collaborate with Data Managers in the Field, Central Data Maintenance and Global IT to develop and implement programs to support the effectively implementation of these strategies.

Responsible for designing and deploying the governance framework for PICASSO (PLM for Process), which is critical for ensuring the sustainability of the program. Specifically, the objectives of PICASSO Governance are to (a) ensure that data that resides in PICASSO are complete, accurate and updated, (b) all approved users have the right level of access and (c) PICASSO data can be shared with other Company applications to promote collaboration, when needed

Responsible for leading the implementation of the PICASSO (PLM for Process) Program, a global initiative to accelerate product, package and sales & marketing equipment innovation, in the Pacific Group in close coordination with the Global Program Management Team and the Pacific’s Technical Leadership Team. In addition to PICASSO, additional responsibilities include leading a global team of Technical associates responsible for enhancing the adoption of the company’s Common Innovation Framework (CIF) for product and package innovation and promote the effective use of Clarity, which is the company’s project management and portfolio management tool within the Technical function.

Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function in the Philippines Business Unit. This organization exists to safeguard quality and the company’s trademarks by ensuring compliance to company and local regulatory requirements and driving continuous quality improvement throughout the value chain, i.e., from commercialization of new products up to product distribution in the market place.

Responsible for providing quality leadership and technical support to bottling plants in the Mega Manila area by ensuring compliance to company and local regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement to assure product quality and protect the company’s trademarks.

Responsible for managing the operations of the Quality Services Department, which is primarily responsible for providing technical support (testing, training, auditing) to enable the Manufacturing Department to deliver products with superior quality. The department is also responsible in implementing the brand equity protection program of the company.

Responsible for implementing quality improvement initiatives in both the Sucat and Bicutan plants. Spearheaded the ISO 9000 certification efforts of the Bicutan plant. All the initiatives involved the conduct of various training for people from various levels of the organization (from management to rank & file).
