My priority is finding fulfilling work. I want to be busy and work hard, but we spend too much time at our jobs not to like what we do. If we're working at jobs that don't make us happy, it's time to move on.     The timeline here is complicated. I took a lateral transfer within Avaya in April, 2014, into a role coach Managed Services Engineers. In August 2014, our division was sold to Hewlett Packard, but we were still providing the same services to Avaya customers and were treated as Avaya contractors.• Coached a team of 7-11 Complex Configuration Engineers, responsible for Day Two (post-implementation) support of Managed Services and Asset-On-Books accounts.
