As an internal consultant, the main duties are as follows:- Study FinTech application, digital transformation and new business projects.- Formulate "Digital transformation strategy and roadmap” to enhance the Company's competitiveness.- Share domestic and international best practices in the latest business and operating models, AIoT, industrial ecosystem development trends, etc.- Assess the impacts of InsurTech Innovation on the traditional insurance value chains and recommend the technology-process-people strategy accordingly.- Assist in the Company's mid and long-term strategic planning and growth projects.

• Collect domestic and foreign loss prevention best practices for reference• Provide the most important business risks (including earthquakes, typhoons, fires, fleets / large vehicles, information security, supply chain, etc.) faced by corporate customers as well as the latest risk management and loss prevention consulting• Cooperate with both National Earthquake Engineering Research Center (NEERC) and National Disaster Prevention and Rescue Technology Center (NCDR) experts to establish a monitoring system for risk assessment.

I served as CRO and the member of the board's risk management committee, focusing on the following:• Strengthen the three lines of defense governance and continue to promote a risk culture• Rebuild risk management expertise and cultivate talents• Comply with the Code of Practice for Risk Management in Insurance Industry (ERM) and related regulations• Quickly identify, evaluate and monitor risks that affect company strategy, operations and financial goals• Use effective capital to increase value creation and achieve optimal risk reward

• Act as a member of the board's risk management committee and regularly report to the Board.• Establish and regularly revise the "Risk Management Policy," monitor the adherence and manage exception application. • Execute RM training courses at all levels and strengthen “Three Lines of Defence” governance.• Participate in various management meetings to quickly identify the potential impacts on company strategy, operations and financial objectives.• Introduce risk-based "Internal Control Framework" and 360-degree risk governance framework.• Establish comprehensive Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring mechanism, incl. insurance risk, market/asset liability risk, credit risk, operational risk, business risk.• Ask for Group support in Solvency II economic capital calculation and write “Own Risk and Solvency Assessment” (ORSA) report.• Review the “Compliance Report”and provides risk insights in the Investment & Asset -Liability Committee• Regularly revise the Business Continuity Management Plan (BCP), coordinate the company-wide annual drill, and act as the convener of the crisis team• Facilitate annual Total Risk Profiling (TRP) seminar• Ad-hoc projects assigned by CEO and CRO. such as IT risk assessment, M&A risk assessment, etc.
