I am researching the current Veteran's Administration Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and Amazon Web Services Cloud Credit monitoring, reconciliation, and procurement process to document the process and simultaneously find gaps and challenges that can be improved through access to dashboards, reports, and cross-team communication. IAITAM CHAMP certified contractor that supports the Veteran's Administration in updating their HW & Software and licensing records using ServiceNow.I review, validate or update up to 150 ServiceNow records for asset change orders, tickets, catalog tasks and change requests on a weekly basis.I review 2,300 acquired assets per fiscal year. Each asset has 20 attributes that our team tracks over the lifecycle of the asset. Our team receives fiscal yearly contract updates from the acquisitions team, and we validate the accuracy and location of records for expense line tracking. The data I review is currently in various data storage locations, including Xtraction, AMES MERS, Austin Texas/AITC warehouse on Excel spreadsheets and we are moving all of our data into ServiceNow to ease in extracting the fiscal year expenses of servers, network gear and storage devices that we manage for the VA.
