As a dedicated leader in the service industry, I enjoy mentoring young and upcoming ambitious individuals that share the same passion and drive as I do to deliver a great product and customer service. There is no better reward for me, than to watch people grow and develop their own styles of leadership.As the service industry requires a certain disciplined personality, I take pride and satisfaction when I see staff of mine move on into better positions in this industry. The drive and hunger to succeed can be lost in a industry that can be very challenging and physically demanding.Employee engagement and achieving goals such as being an extremely clean hotel with great staff presence are the music to my ears.There can always be leadership, but to me the best leadership is sharing the skills I have learned over the years with the people of the future. Here to stay. So proud.
