She brings over 35 years business experience and 20 years as a leader, consultant, coach and confidant to senior leaders within professional services organizations. Susan creates a safe space where a deep trust and partnership can evolve in support of an individual’s personal and professional growth and development. The breadth and depth of her experience combined with her rich academic training in adult development, allows her to genuinely understand and connect with what is ultimately important to her clients and their professional success.
