My responsibilities as an assistant store manager was hiring employees, train new hires, design layout of store, use knowledge from prior years for popular products to ensure store is organized and stocked correctly, and managed managers. I coach current employees how they are able to grow each day at work and do better for their next shift. I set goals for each employee.

My responsibilities as a sales lead were opening and closing of registers, paper work, and computer. Also I acquired store keys and safe combination, and managed employees.

My responsibilities grew as the length as I have been there. I have experienced and sold various products to customer, secured an excellent customer service and managed sales floor and employees while managers are not available. I was able to be on unique task force team to reorganize and set up new or closing stores.
