Foundation development, donor and volunteer development, grant development and management

Managed headquarters library for the Pioneer Library System in the city of Norman, OK, home to the University of Oklahoma and in the Oklahoma City metro area; guided staff of 65 through a bond campaign for a new central library building; oversaw development of three ongoing cultural diversity festivals in the library into annual community highlights; built and nurtured strong community relationships for the Norman branch which result in continued circulation growth today.
