Support President with personal expenses, travel arrangements, daily calendar, corporate reports and special projects. Manage an office of 12 customer service employees and 150 warehouse employees and drivers. Process all accounts receivables and payables, over $15 million in receivables monthly. Handle all inventory purchasing and pricing, monthly inventory of over $14 million. Direct contact and negotiation with suppliers and vendors, shipping logistics. Handle all Human Resource functions including employee payroll, benefits, DOT regulations, OSHA regulations, etc… Process daily billing downloads, monthly sales tax payments, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports, account reconciliation, office supply orders, credit checks. Provide training and ongoing support for Customer Service department, handle customer escalations focusing on providing the utmost professionalism and high level of customer retention.
