Enter inventory and non-inventory vendor invoices in SAP and correspond with warehouse on discrepancies, setup check runs, ACH payments and international wires, converted over 75% of vendors to receive payments by ACH, maintain a current list of inventory in-transit by analyzing freight forwarders’ reports, prepare month end journal entries to accrue domestic and international freight.

Apply daily customer payments to open invoices, process customer credit memos for returns, shortages, allowances and rebates, analyze accounts receivable aging and correspond with customers on past due items, assist with daily invoicing in SAP and various EDI systems.
