Revalidation Manager

Revalidation, Appraisal and Job Planning ManagerResponsible for Medical Appraisal, Revalidation and E-Job Planning processes and adherence;Management of administrative process associated with MHPS cases, ensuring cases are progressed in line with national and local policies;Production and analysis of E-Job Planning, Appraisal and Revalidation performance data for publication internally and externally;Liaising with external bodies e.g. NCAS, GMC, Medical defence organisations, BMA;

Day to day management of the electronic and paper-based appraisal and feedback systems, ensuring appraisal compliance;Maintenance of prescribed connections on GMC Connect;Preparation of revalidation portfolios for review/recommendation by the Responsible Officer;Production and analysis of appraisal performance data;One to one and group training in the use of the electronic and paper based appraisal system, revalidation requirements and feedback process;Organisation of appraiser user group meetings, appraiser refresher training and new appraiser training.Assisting the Appraisal Lead with Quality Assurance of both appraisals and appraisers;Management of administrative processes associated with MHPS cases;Setting up hearings and meetings, supporting the Case Manager, Case Investigator and Panels for MHPS cases.
