With over 20 years of experience as a director of curriculum and instruction, I have led multiple initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in various school districts in New Jersey. I have a doctorate in educational leadership, a master's in curriculum, instruction, and supervision, and a bachelor's of science in education. I have also developed and implemented teacher training and staff development programs, aligned curriculum with state standards and assessments, and fostered a culture of collaboration and excellence among educators and students. I retired from public education in 2022, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the educational community.
