When our IT department moved from a business team to a PMO structure I create guidelines and change management strategies to support our Demand Management process. I implemented and manage the 10K workforce planning software program to track the departments project portfolio and related team member utilization. I established a set of new processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure the workforce management program worked efficiently and enabled increased output and clarity. Additionally, I've had the opportunity act as a Product Owner for the implementation of an emergency communication system by guiding each cross functional project element over the past year.
