Led on the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Wales to support aspiring entrepreneurs and business to achieve sustainability and growth. Worked closely with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on the Industrial Liaison Program (ILP) and the Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP). Strategic Lead for Youth Entrepreneurship in Wales and responsible for developing and implementing the Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy (YES) Action Plan for Wales. Worked with regional, national and international partners in the public, private and third sectors to promote entrepreneurship.

Welsh Government lead on pan Wales support services for Start Up and High Growth Companies and strategic lead on national Youth Entrepreneurship Policy, Implementation and Delivery. Entrepreneurship lead on regional, national and international partnerships in the public, private and third sectors.

Senior Manager for youth entrepreneurship at the Welsh Government leading on youth entrepreneurship policy and the delivery of services to promote and support youth entrepreneurship in Wales. Responsible for developing and implementing the Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy (YES) Action Plan 2010-15 for Wales to deliver it's vision of "developing and nurturing self sufficient, entrepreneurial young people in all communities across Wales, who will contribute positively to economic and social success." (www.bigideaswales.com) The YES Action Plan has been has been selected by the World Economic Forum and the European Commission as a good practice example of a national strategy in entrepreneurial learning.
