• Collaborate closely with COO of Rocket21 and other stakeholders in creating educational challenges for a youth-based social media site.• Quickly iterate mock-ups, web pages, contest forms, and print collateral for various contests and events.

• Design and build engaging custom print ads, e-mail marketing campaigns, web pages, and web ads for 6 different parenting magazines.• Quickly and accurately Interpret clients’ needs and develop concepts that effectively deliver their message. • Manage, create, and test all digital marketing for 4 parenting divisions.• Provide print and online collateral, logos, and illustrations. Collaborate, ideate, and organize withpublishers, editors, and other designers on implementing marketing and social media campaigns. • Develop best practices and future processes to improve the design process for Account Executives, clients, and design team.

• Responsible for the re-design of the American Helicopter Society SF Bay Area Chapter website and collaborated with the Web Programmer in designing the HART-II website using Joomla. • Develop user-centered designs that allow members and board members to easily promote their organization’s mission.• Update and maintain the Aeromechanics Branch website and create user-interfaces to improve user experience. • Directly manage two interns and assist in the management of 20 summer interns. • Organize the annual Rotorcraft Conference and other events.

• Responsible for the complete re-design of the NASA Ames Aeromechanics Branch website. • Editing images, creating certificates and awards, creating logos, and editing videos for the site and for formal presentations.
