-Reach out to individuals via phone, or through video conferencing, take incoming calls and place outbound calls to prospective students.- Interview prospective students to determine their motivation for attending college; understand their career goals and the obstacles that might prevent them from starting or continuing their education; help them to overcome those obstacles; and ultimately help them identify the degree-program that best matches their needs.-Present information about the benefits of education and DeVry University, tailoring their message to the student’s needs, motivation, and career goals.-Guide them through the admissions process, responding to questions, linking them to financial aid and academic advisors, gathering the documents necessary to start school, and ensuring students complete admissions testing.

Assist applicants with their application, and if accepted, continue to support as they register for courses. ▪ Phone Screening: Set up phone interviews and have a 20-30 minute conversation with applicants to determine if they are a good fit for the program and vice versa. Excellent track record of weaving out unqualified interest. ▪ Advise/Recruit/Interview: Follow up after initial interview and advice applicants through their application process. Help improve their application to reduce the chances of being denied. ▪ Problem Solving: Assisted with the launch of a new webinar system to help promote the program and attract more attention as leads were declining. Showcased the success of the system and was able to assist with rolling the new system out companywide. ▪ Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to help promote the program with conducting webinars, sending email blasts, attending conferences, etc. ▪ Critical Thinking: Participate in weekly meetings by discussing performance data, applicant concerns and collaborating with faculty/team members to help create solutions to enhance team performance.▪ Training: Assist in the training process with new advisors coming on board.
