In 2013 I moved from incorporation to running a business in my own name, providing accountancy, consultancy and management services to individuals, businesses and corporations. This allowed me to appreciate who I am and what I bring – to acknowledge, value and deepen my appreciation of the support I've offered my clients, and the beautiful relationships I've established with them along the way. These relationships have been founded in integrity and genuine care and are, ultimately, key to supporting the daily operations of my clients' businesses and their development and expansion. Moreover, the quality of these relationships are most notable in terms of their affect they have on my clients' lives as well as my own. This is true success: how we are in our relationships with people is, ultimately, what flows into all areas of our life, business included. Therefore, making it about people first is worth the investment on every level, including in terms of business and financial success. My relationships with people are behind everything I do. These relationships are far reaching and provide me with an endless reservoir of resources – providing an ever-expanding network of clients, colleagues, family and friends, and extensive and supportive network of amazing people. From book-keepers, fellow accountants, lawyers to IT professionals, marketers, financial advisers, bankers, trade professionals and staff in the ATO and other government and business agencies, these are individuals who are not only great at what they do but – most importantly – have an integrity and natural care for people. Like me, they all consistently support me and my clients with whatever is needed.

From 1985 to 1999 I worked in a range of local, national and international corporations spanning industries across the globe – many of them household names.In 1999 I started in business as a sole operator accounting practitioner trading as C & S Accounting Services, incorporating in 2005 as Scully Group Pty Ltd. Additionally, I managed and partnered with others in various sectors and industries.My accountancy, consultancy and management business has developed as I have, with this enterprise – and the many others I have been associated with – representing the culmination of a vast range of experience. Today, I trade under my own name and offer an expertise that is the result of 30+ years of experience, professional development and training.
